This luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, inviting townhome, sleeps 4 and includes complimentary use of our 4 Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs, 2 mid height Rio beach chairs, and 2 comfortable height Tommy Bahama beach chairs (sit higher), oversize Sunbrella beach umbrella, 10x10 Cool Cabana, cooler, beach toys, beach cart to carry all the gear, and 4 brand new YOLO 3" FAT TIRE BEACH CRUISER BIKES. Bring your swim suit, sunscreen, and beach towel. It’s everything you’ll need for a fantastic time at the beach!
This cozy townhome features open concept living with 10’ ceilings and higher tray ceilings in the great room, dining room, and master. All the windows and doors feature large custom shutters. There are wood floors throughout. The master bedroom has a King size Beautyrest Pillowtop bed, 55” smart TV, sound bar and subwoofer, bed-side charging outlet, walk-in closet with luggage rack and full-size dressing mirror, en-suite bath, walk-in shower with teak bench, rain-head shower, and separate water closet. The guest bedroom has a Queen size Memory foam bed, 50” 4K smart TV, bed-side USB charging outlet, large closet with luggage rack, and double doors that open to the expansive covered balcony. Both bedrooms feature Pottery Barn bedding and 600 count sheets. The bathrooms have quartz countertops. Our great room features comfortable, oversized furnishings with a designer couch, 2 large chairs, a comfortable upholstered ottoman, and a 65” smart TV with sound bar and subwoofer. The dining area features a beautiful round table with 4 padded chairs and 4 additional comfortable high-back chairs at the breakfast bar. The open concept kitchen is a chef’s delight with upgraded stainless steel appliances, gas cooktop, wall oven and microwave, quartz counter tops, and comes fully equipped. Whether you choose to stay in and prepare a delicious meal or have a quick bite to eat on the go, our kitchen has everything you’ll need. Enjoy the covered balcony with a snack at the hightop table, or relax with a book on the comfortable Adirondack chairs. Our home comes with a one-car garage and smart keyless entry at the main entrance. The garage is reserved for beach and pool items. We have a one-car driveway parking spot available directly in front of our C unit garage for your vehicle. Overflow parking is also available in specific designated areas. For security, we have motion activated cameras that record activity at the driveway and outside the main entrance.
Our Prominence community features a huge 5000 square foot zero entry, resort-style family friendly HEATED pool (October/November and March/April), lounging cabanas, outdoor gas grills, his and her bathhouses, and fitness center. There is also an additional pool available for your use on the Prominence south side (not heated). Our home also features a large grassy area on each side of the building. It’s a great area for yard games or just rinsing off your sandy toes after a fun day at the beach. Feel like staying in? Enjoy a book or one of our board or card games. There’s something for everyone.
Check out THE BIG CHILL (formerly called THE HUB) directly across the street from Prominence. It features a family-friendly atmosphere with seasonal entertainment, outdoor movie nights, live music, sporting event broadcasts on the big screen, as well as restaurants and shopping. THE BIG CHILL (formerly called THE HUB) is a popular spot along 30A!
Prominence offers several beach access points that are just a short ride away.
Deer Lake State Park is about 1 mile west of Prominence. This is a beautiful access point and also offers views of its coastal dune lake to the west with your short walk along the beach. The park offers new improvements including bathrooms, drinking fountains, picnic pavilions, grills, an outdoor shower for rinsing off, vehicle parking, and bicycle racks.
There are several other close beach access points with various amenities.
Prominence is perfectly placed along 30A. There are several neighboring hotspots like Seaside, Grayton Beach, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach. The areas offer shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and activities. There are also many beautiful golf courses in the area. We are a family-friendly home. If you are planning on heavy drinking or any smoking/vaping, this is not the vacation rental for you. Please choose another home that can accommodate your needs. We are a strictly enforced no smoking/vaping, no pets/animals rental. We do not rent for events and have a zero tolerance policy.
The Main Renter must be 25 years or older to rent and must be present during the entire stay. Minor guests must be accompanied by an adult.
Rental agreement and bicycle waiver must be signed via DocuSign and a copy of the Main Renter's drivers license must be provided within 48 hours after acceptance of the reservation.
